Kamala Harris has found herself under fire after posting an incredibly hypocritical and puzzling message on Twitter.
Harris took to Twitter to urge Americans to help protect already vaccinated people in order to end the pandemic.
âBy vaccinating the unvaccinated, increasing our testing and masking, and protecting the vaccinated, we can end this pandemic. Thatâs exactly what we are committed to doing,â Harris tweeted.

Harrisâs tweet was met with criticism and confusion.
ââProtecting the vaccinatedâ is an odd argument since the vaccinated are already, you know, vaccinated. And the vaccine works in keeping one out of the hospital 99.99 percent of the time per the data,â Fox News contributor Joe Concha responded.

Former Trump administration staffer Kyle Hooten asked, âWhy do you need to protect the vaccinated? Doesnât the vax do that?â

Fox News contributor Kate Pavlich called Harrisâ message âbizarreâ and noted the Biden administration appears to be âtaking credit for somethingâŠthe vaccine is supposed to do.â

Many others took to Twitter with thoughts on Harrisâ message:
What on earth does this even mean? https://t.co/CjZE87dVpD

"Protecting the vaccinated."
Maybe I'm crazy, but hear me out. Isn't that what the vaccine is supposed to do? https://t.co/gZgTwLPQ8y

If being vaccinated is not protecting the vaccinated, then what the hell is it even for? https://t.co/StRsdLYrRY

âProtecting the vaccinatedâ how? What does she mean by that? https://t.co/NE5IkUD8Cg

Fox News host Will Cain speculated last week that Kamala Harris was âusedâ for Joe Bidenâs presidential ticket but has been âmissing in actionâ since they took office.
During a segment on âThe Five,â Cain and the panel discussed where Harris has been as the Biden administration is jumping from one crisis to another.
âIf Iâm Kamala Harris right now, Iâm extremely offended because you have been used,â Cain said.
âThey used you to pander to a voting base to get votes. They had a minority, they had a woman and now that they donât need her, they have shelved her because her approval rating is -19,â he continued.
âKamala has a right to be very, very upset,â he said.
âBut the Biden administration is in a very tough position. Do we admit that we used Kamala to get elected, or do we run her back out and hurt our numbers the way hers have plummeted?â Cain asked.
Greg Gutfeld suggested Harris prefers to stay hidden while Bidenâs presidency takes a tumble, and is currently being kept âbehind the glass like an ax.â
Harris continues to busy herself with activities that make her appear detached from current and unfolding events and disasters including the worsening situation in Afghanistan and the ongoing illegal migrant crisis along the U.S.-Mexico border.
In fact, it appears that Harris is doing âeverything she canâ to avoid fulfilling her roles and responsibilities as the Executive Branchâs second-in-command amid escalating questions about President Joe Bidenâs mental capacities.
âNeither Joe Biden nor Kamala Harris is people you wanna call if you need to be rescued,â conservative author and pundit Tammy Bruce said during an interview Thursday morning on âFox & Friendsâ in response to Ainsley Earhardtâs framing of the twin crises in Kabul and along the border, as well noting that Harris will be âjetting off to Californiaâ to attend a campaign event being held by embattled Democratic Gov. Gavin Newsom.
âThis is a woman who is arguably â could be the most powerful woman in the world who the international press would view and take seriously,â Bruce continued.
âShe couldnât wait to get out of the country,â Bruce added, a reference to Harrisâ trip this week to Singapore and Vietnam just as the situation in Afghanistan was getting worse amid a rush to get Americans out before the Aug. 31 deadline, the urgency of which was only compounded by the twin bombings near the airport in Kabul that left at least four Marines killed and three others wounded along with other Americans.
âBut no, she couldnât do that,â Bruce continued. âItâs as though sheâs doing everything she can to not do her job.â
Following the debacle in Afghanistan, Harris also faced doubts about her leadership abilities ahead of her Asia trip from world leaders and allies.
