Larry Dean Porter allegedly abused the children of women he was dealing drugs to, according to authorities in Scioto County, Ohio.
An Ohio man is accused targeting drug-addicted mother and their kids in a child sex-trafficking operation.
Larry Dean Porter, 69, is accused of feeding âweed and pillsâ to at least three mothers whose children he then allegedly molested at his Wheelersburg, Ohio home, according to an incident report obtained by Oxygen.com. He was charged with human trafficking and attempted rape of an individual under the age of 13.
Porter was busted by undercover law enforcement after allegedly arranging to pay cash to sexually assault a 7-year-old girl, authorities said. He was arrested by Jackson County sheriffâs deputies on March 16.
âLarry Dean Porter had been having girls who were strung out on dope bring their kids over and that they would trade the kids for dope and money,â the incident report alleged. âThe parents would let Dean and others sexually assault the kids and ⊠this was recorded.â
The FBI allegedly recovered an SD card containing a cornucopia of child porn that had been stuffed in a mason jar and buried in Porterâs backyard. The memory card contained images of a 37-year-old Ohio mom performing sex acts a âvery small child,â between the ages of 5 and 7, authorities alleged in the incident report.
Stringer allegedly confessed to participating in a number of sexual acts involving minors at Porter’s home, whom she said was her drug dealer. The Ohio mother told detectives Porter enlisted her to recruit her friend Kathryn McMullen to âbring her kidsâ over to the manâs house for the purposes of assaulting them. She allegedly delivered McMullen to Porter and then performed sex acts on the womanâs kids at Porterâs request.
McMullen also allegedly engaged in the sexual abuse her own 3-year-old daughter and â6 or 7â-year-old son, according to the incident report. Other times, McMullen allegedly watched her kids being molested or would sit and use Porterâs âcomputer until they got done.â
