So-called moderate Sen. Joe Manchin shocked the country when he supported Biden’s latest socialist spending and tax bill. For a year and a half, he opposed Biden’s agenda, claiming more spending and taxes would hurt our struggling economy.
Manchin has often claimed to be a moderate, thanks to the fact his state is deeply red. West Virginia went for Trump in 2016 and 2020. So, Manchin has to play somewhere in the middle. Until now.
