MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell may not be bringing his 2020 election lawsuit to the Supreme Court before Thanksgiving as advertised, but he did post it online days before the holiday.
The 82-page complaint was shared on his website Tuesday with some blank spots, including plaintiffs, according to Reuters reporter Brad Heath.
“The claim seems to rely on an Electors Clause theory that the Supreme Court declined to hear last year and a state standing argument that it rejected when Texas sued. And until [insert Your State] agrees to file, the court wouldn’t have jurisdiction anyway,” the journalist noted in a Twitter thread.
