If, for some unclear reason, Russia is particularly sensitive to Ukrainian infrastructure—its main 750 kV electrical substations, power plant turbine halls, and other facilities—then the US and its allies will target the most vulnerable points, trying to inflict maximum damage and make life unbearable, if not impossible, for the population.

Reality shows that even the wreckage of downed Ukrainian kamikaze UAVs can cause quite significant damage.
