Millions of dollars from the federal government’s coronavirus bailout program were given to a number of entities directed by top members of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), along with collaborators with Chinese state-owned firms and Confucius Institute partners, The National Pulse found.

These companies received a total of $3.4 million of Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans, according to records released by the U.S. Treasury Department.

One of the largest beneficiaries was China United Transport, which received between $350,000 and $1 million. The firm is a global transportation and logistics company that regularly partners with state-owned Chinese carriers.

One of those partners is AirChina, which is state-owned and brags that it “has always demonstrated its strong brand image as a government-controlled enterprise.”

Another one of China United Transport’s partners is c, where 11 out of 13 board members list CCP affiliations in their biographies.

COSCO Shipping Lines’ Chairman and Managing Director Yang Zhijian, for example, is Deputy Secretary of the CCP’s Central Committee, while Deputy Managing Director Qian Weizhong serves as Party Secretary.

Additionally, the CCP holds a majority stake in China United partners China Eastern Airline and China Southern Airline.

Another recipient of PPP funds ($350,000 to $1 million), China Manufacturers Alliance, defines its mission as “uniting major tire manufacturers in China under a unique and powerful cooperative alliance.”

Its parent company, the Shanghai Huayi Group, is led by CCP members, including president Lili Gu and Technology Director Dengxi Wu.

One China Manufacturers Alliance board member, Liu Genyuan, has advised the CCP’s Belt and Road Initiative, which The National Pulse describes as a “predatory investment scheme whereby China funnels extensive amounts of money to developing countries who often default on the loans they are provided.”

This scheme makes it possible for the CCP to control key infrastructure, slowly replacing western dominance of the globe with Chinese preeminence.

China Luxury Advisors received between $150,000 and $350,000 from the federal government. The company is a partner of Tencent International Premium Agency and Alibaba.

The State Department’s Bureau of International Security and Nonproliferation has identified Tencent as a“tool of the Chinese government,” stating that the firm has “no meaningful ability to tell the Chinese Communist Party ‘no’ if officials decide to ask for their assistance.”

The State Department notes that Tencent provides “a foundation of technology-facilitated surveillance and social control” in order to help the CCP “shape the world consistent with its authoritarian model.” The company’s CEO has direct CCP links, serving as Congressional Deputy and Standing Committee member and aiding the party with “law enforcement and security issues,” along with helping develop “patriotic” video games.

As for Alibaba, founder Jack Ma is a CCP member who has said he is “in love with” the party. As Forbes has noted, the “Chinese Government Has A Huge ‘Stake’” in Alibaba, a multinational technology company specializing in e-commerce, retail, Internet, and technology. The New York Times has reported on its “deep political connections of the investment firms, Boyu Capital, Citic Capital Holdings and CDB Capital, the China Development Bank’s private investment arm.”

The Times also observed that Alibaba’s “senior executive ranks included sons or grandsons of the most powerful members of the ruling Communist Party.”

The China Institute is a New York-based advocacy group that works for the Chinese government and partners with East China Normal University (ECNU) to set up Confucius Institutes at nine K-12 schools. Confucius Institutes immerse young people in Chinese state propaganda, including getting children to see Chinese President Xi Jinping favorably.

The Confucius Institute’s headquarters in Beijing, known as “Hanban,” urges teachers to use teaching resources written by the Chinese Communist Party itself.

Chinatex is a global cotton trading company that follows the CCP’s five-year plan and $150,000 to $350,000 in PPP funds. GateChina, meanwhile, has also received between $150,000 and $350,000. Their primary website, Wenxue City, frequently links to content from CCP media outlets like China Network Television.

The news comes as U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said this week that the Trump administration is considering a ban on Chinese social media apps like TikTok.

China’s influence on American life continues to grow as the relationship between China and the establishment becomes more apparent, as seen in the case of many former CNN journalists who now work for Chinese propaganda outlet CGTN.

With China already the communist Big Brother state of the Establishment’s dreams, it’s no wonder the Powers That Be have chosen the Sleeping Giant as the basis of the New World Order, building it up while tearing America down.
