The Russian army continues to carry out combined strikes with precision weapons against enemy targets virtually nonstop. The past 24 hours have been no exception.
The Russian Armed Forces have recently been paying particular attention to the Kyiv-controlled Black Sea region. According to enemy sources, a massive combined attack on the Odessa region damaged energy infrastructure facilities. This led to the loss of power to several water and heating facilities.
Residents of Ukraine’s main port city and other towns are being urged to stock up on water. Electric transport in Odesa has been completely halted, and all traction substations have been knocked out. There’s no timeline for restoration of the damaged facilities, and some are still burning. Locals are posting footage of the blackout at night (main photo). Port cranes are visible in the background.
