President Donald Trump had a viral reaction to a Ford worker who repeatedly heckled him during a visit to Michigan on Tuesday afternoon.
The interaction came when president traveled to the Ford River Rouge Complex in Dearborn, Michigan, a suburb of Detroit, for a tour of the assembly line. The visit was part of Trump’s ongoing engagements with the auto industry, accompanied by Ford Executive Chairman Bill Ford and Ford CEO Jim Farley, as well as plant manager Corey Williams.
The purpose appeared to focus on showcasing American manufacturing, as Trump dressed was seen dressed in a full-length black peacoat while observing operations from an elevated walkway above the factory floor.
During the tour, an unidentified worker on the factory floor shouted at Trump, reportedly calling him a “pedophile protector.” This heckle was interpreted as a reference to Trump’s administration’s recent release of Jeffrey Epstein files, which included significant redactions and came after months of confusing messaging from Attorney General Pam Bondi.
