At 78 years old, Nancy Pelosi should be enjoying long walks on the human shit strewn streets of San Francisco. Instead, she thinks she is the president of the United States of America. More specifically, she feels that she is the defender of all illegal immigrants.
The Democratic party has devolved to a laughable bunch that is more interested in yellow press theatrics than focusing on the real issues that plague this country. In their world, a $5 billion border fence is a no-no while the Federal government runs massive deficits. Law makers have allowed the Federal Leviathan to engage in financial gluten for so long, it is now on a bankruptcy auto pilot.
As the Fed raises interest rates, the Reagan , Bush and Obama national debt interest payments will balloon. Should Fed rates go back to Clinton era levels, the national debt interest payments simply explode and will rival military spending and Social Security expenditures. In order to entice more Federal debt, the Federal Treasury will have to offer higher interest rates on Treasury bonds etc. As it is, the Stock Market is the investment vehicle of choice. Of course borrowing from China to fund the government is out of the question during a trade war. Hence, the only way to reopen the government is to raise the debt limit once again and simply print the money from thin air.
The Obama era basically destroyed the way the Federal government funds itself going forward. The Obama economic handicap era was propped up by artificially low interest rates , continuous quantitative easing, and toxic asset and bond repurchase. Going forward, all USA presidents, Congressmen and Senators will have to deal with funding the Reagan, Bush I /II, and Obama national debt. Just the interest payment on the Obama debt will increase to a 1/2 trillion when Treasury bonds hit Clinton era levels.
In 2008, Barack Obama could have reduced spending in the face of the Bush economic collapse. Federal revenue streams lost 25%. Instead, Obama increased spending and the Fed lowered rates which enabled Obama to run massive deficits for several years. Now, future presidents are faced with a $1 trillion yearly national debt interest payments. In the words of Jeremiah Wright, the Obama debt has come home to roost! In addition, during the Obama era, healthcare policy costs tripled with massive co-pays and less coverage. Today healthcare costs are double that of Germany per capita. Of course Nancy Pelosi was right there shoving it down our throats, so why listen to her on the border fence?
Nancy Pelosi and her cadre of obsolete and dementia ridden counterparts have lost their collective minds. Instead of effectively managing the Federal budget, they are engaging in non-value adding theatrics and fixating on kissing the asses of illegals for the vote. In fact, Nancy Pelosi is more interested in protecting the border of Afghanistan then our own.She was quite willing to take a C-17 from Germany to Afghanistan at $100,000 a sortie while the taxpayer payers $1.2 billion a day to service the national debt.
The queen of illegal immigration has basically lost her mind and no longer can control her priority structure. Americans are watching this ridiculous display of anti American activity theater and will act accordingly in 2020.In less than a month, Pelosi, Schumer,Durbin and Hoyer have reduced the Democratic party to the laughing stock of the USA. Nice!!!
