Saturday Night Live (SNL) banned both President Donald Trump and Kamala from making an appearance.
But since this is the last SNL before Election Day, they thought they’d let Kamala sneak in.
That way President Trump wouldn’t get a chance.
Does this break any laws?
Does the FCC need to get involved in this?
That’s what many are saying.

Kamala is appearing on SNL tonight, even though as recently as one month ago, they explicitly said they’re not hosting either candidate.
They lied.

The commissioner himself of the FCC weighed on this:
This is a clear and blatant effort to evade the FCC's Equal Time rule.
