Stating an interest in Human Rights, this upcoming symposium proposes instead to establish Neuro Rights as a privately conceived venture within an enclave of neurotechnologists benefiting from decades of unethical and inhumane research on animals, primates, and humans–as hundreds of thousands of people unlawfully targeted worldwide and used and abused nonconsensually in Brain Experiments have relayed and continue to expose.
