Headline USA (John Ransom, Headline USA) New emails obtained by Fox News from U.S. Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCen) raise doubts about previous claims by Hunter Biden’s attorney that he had divested himself from a fund that the Treasury Department believed might have organized crime ties.
The records, said Fox News, show that Hares Youssef, who is described as a Ukrainian – Syrian businessman, with suspected ties to Russian organized crime, paid a fund $3 million, in which Hunter Biden was a prime investor through his partnership Rosemont Seneca Technology Partners (RSTP).
Emails show that Hunter was in contact with leaders at RSTP in 2016 and 2017 about investments he had with the fund, even as his lawyer claimed that Hunter was fully divested from that fund in 2015…
