NEW: Trump Urges Supporters To Vote In Vital Special Election

President Donald Trump on Tuesday urged supporters who reside in Tennessee’s Seventh Congressional District to make sure they vote in the state’s closely-watched special election, which will have massive implications on control of the House.

The special election is being held to replace former Rep. Mark Green, who retired from Congress to pursue a job in the private sector after the passage of the Trump-backed Big Beautiful Bill back in July.

The district currently holds a partisan lean of R+10 according to the Cook Partisan Voting Index, though the race has drawn significant national attention to due the current balance of the House. Democrats are also bullish about their prospects in the traditionally red district following impressive Democrat turnout in recent elections in Virginia and New Jersey…
