North Carolina Pastor Arrested In Bizarre Incident At McDonalds, Police Records Show

57-year-old pastor Dwayne Waden was reportedly arrested by High Point law enforcement after a bizarre incident took place at a McDonald’s on Thursday.

According to reports, police responded to a call at the McDonald’s where the pastor allegedly attempted to stick an employee’s head into a deep fryer.

The incident reportedly occurred due to Waden’s wife, a manager-in-training at the fast-food franchise, telling her husband that her co-workers were disrespecting her.

Waden has been charged with assault and battery, though he has not been convicted of any crime.

Waden also punched the victim several times in the face, police allege, and did not stop striking the victim until multiple employees were able to pull Waden off of the victim.

The victim reportedly suffered a “large contusion” to the forehead and right eye, police wrote, as well as scratches on his neck.
