October 2019: Fauci Discusses Using New Virus From China To Force mRNA Vaccines In Unearthed Footage

A recently unearthed video showed the disgraced director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases Anthony Fauci and other HHS (United States Department of Health and Human Services) officials discussing how a new virus from China could be used to enforce a universal vaccine. The video was filmed in October of 2019 — months before the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic.

The unearthed footage begins at the 2:55 mark with a man in the meeting suggesting a massive systemic overall in order to push a new type of vaccination on the masses.

“Why don’t we blow the system up? I mean obviously, we can’t just turn off the spigot on the system we have and then say, hey everyone in the world should get this new vaccine that we haven’t given to anyone yet. But there must be some way that we grow vaccines mostly in eggs the way we did in 1947.”

Fauci is then seen in the video saying that the best-case scenario for changing vaccination would take up to 10 years, pointing out that multi-phase trials would likely be necessary.

“In order to make the transition from getting out of the tried-and-true egg growing which we know gives us results that can be beneficial, I mean we’ve done well with that. There must be something that has to be much better. You have to prove that this works and then you’ve got to go through all of the clinical trials: phase 1, phase 2, phase 3, and then show that this particular product is going to be good over a period of years. That alone, if it works perfectly, it’s going to take a decade.”

After that a clip of Rick Bright, who at the time was director of the HHS Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, seemingly suggesting that a manufactured crisis might be necessary in order for their plan to prevail as it would allow the scientists to bypass many of the regulatory hurdles normally required to approve a treatment.

“There might be a need or even an urgent call for an entity of excitement out there that’s completely disruptive, that’s not beholden to bureaucratic strings and processes,” said Bright.

Fauci then opined that shifting public perception on influenza would be very difficult to change, saying it may not be possible “unless you do it from within and say I don’t care what your perception is, we’re going to address the problem in a disruptive way, and in an iterative way because you do need both.”

Discussions ensuing in the video then became even more shocking, with Bright suggesting that a novel avian virus could come out of China soon and that it would necessitate the development of a mRNA related immunization.

“But it is not too crazy to think that an outbreak of novel avian virus could occur in China somewhere,” said Bright. “We could get the RNA sequence from that, beam it to a number of regional centers if not local, if not even in your home at some point, and print those vaccines on a patch of self-administer.”

Many have cast doubt on the honesty of Tony Fauci throughout the COVID-19 pandemic, with scandals such as his lies regarding his role in funding dangerous gain-of-function research in the Chinese Wuhan Lab invoking many questions. Other unearthed footage showed Tony Fauci in January of 2017 (found at the 5:19 in the video) saying that the Trump administration will face a challenge “in the arena of infectious diseases” and that “there will be a surprise outbreak,” causing some to speculate that the reaction to the COVID-19 pandemic might have been more planned than previously believed.
