Christians and Muslims from Bethel, Ohio, joined forces to sue their local school board for allowing students in their schools to use locker rooms and bathrooms that don’t align with their biological sex, according to the Post Millennial.
Gene Hamilton, America First Legal and AFL president, who represents the parents, highlighted the problem that not only parents but every person faces in this country.
“School districts across the country – the leadership of which have been captured by woke ideologues and weak-spined bureaucrats – are actively destroying fundamental rights.”
The parents said that the secretly-implemented policy violates their parental and religious rights.
