One of the Pentagon’s top administrators for a school system in the Americas region was arrested for allegedly being part of a human trafficking ring, according to original reporting conducted by the Daily Caller.
The arrest reportedly took place on Nov. 15 and the sting took place on Coweta County, Georgia. The accused predator is 64-year-old Stephen Francis Hovanic, who was arrested for suspicion of pandering.
