[WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y.—Nov. 9, 2020] Project Veritas announced today it is offering a $25,000 reward for newsworthy information regarding any election or voting irregularities in Pennsylvania.
“Project Veritas is investigating alleged voter fraud and possible corruption by postal service and election officials in the state of Pennsylvania as part of our yearlong focus on voter fraud and ballot harvesting efforts,” said James O’Keefe, the founder and CEO of Project Veritas.
“We’ve already had several brave Insiders come forward and thousands of other tips come in over the past week from Pennsylvania,” O’Keefe said.
“For the next seven days we are hereby offering a reward of $25,000 for any tips we receive that ultimately serve as the basis for a Project Veritas release in the state of Pennsylvania,” he said. Terms and conditions apply.

At least four post office workers spoke to Project Veritas about a scheme to collect late ballots and postmark them Election Day, Nov. 3.

Mail carrier Richard Hopkins comes forward as a postal whistleblower
Richard Hopkins, one of the post office whistleblowers, came forward to Project Veritas, first with a disguised voice and a blurred face, but then he changed his mind. Now he is speaking out for the record.
His affidavit is now public and Sen. Lindsey O. Graham (R.-S.C.), the Chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, is using Hopkins’ affidavit as the cornerstone of his investigation into election-related irregularities.
The whistleblower’s story was posted Thursday on the Project Veritas website. It centered around a conversation he overheard Wednesday, the day after the election.
“I was casing my route and I saw the postmaster pull one of our supervisors to the side,” Hopkins said. “He was pulling the supervisor, it was, and it was really close to where my case was—so, I was able to hear, listen in and I heard him say to the supervisor that they messed up yesterday.”
Hopkins said he was curious about what was messed up.
“He told the supervisor they had postmarked one of the ballots for the fourth, instead of the third, because they were supposed to put them for the third,” he said.
Other postal workers tell of late ballots backdated with the Nov. 3 postmark
A post office whistleblower from Traverse City, Michigan said there was a process set up for the post office workers involved in the bogus postmark scheme in an interview with O’Keefe.
“We were told to collect any ballots that we find in mailboxes, collection boxes, et cetera, for outgoing mail, at the end of the day, we are supposed to separate them from the standard letter mail, so they can hand-stamp them with yesterday’s date—and put them through the Express Mail system—to get wherever they need to go,” the whistleblower said. “For clarification, today is the fourth of November.”

O’Keefe: “That seems wrong—”
Traverse City, Michigan USPS whistleblower: “Yeah, that’s why I am coming forward with this information. That is a very shady—in addition to, as far as I am aware, we’re not supposed to be counting ballots that are postmarked after the third of November here in the state of Michigan.”
The whistleblower said some of his colleagues at the post office were also upset by this order to fraudulently postmark ineligible ballots, but no one wanted to outwardly show their anger.
Throughout the day, the ballots were taken from the sorting bins and put into Express Mail bags, so they could be taken “to the plant,” the postal distribution facility nearby on Garfield Road, he said.
“My statement to other postal workers is that if they see anything shady is to report it—they can’t have any integrity in this country if they just let things slide,” he said.
This whistleblower’s account was corroborated by another mail carrier at a different post office in the same city, as well as a mail carrier in Coraopolis, Pennsylvania, who confirmed that late ballots were being collected and set aside in a special bin at his work.
Legal considerations for the $25,000 reward program
Jered Ede, Project Veritas’ chief legal officer, said the offer of the reward is not a promise and will be awarded solely at the discretion of Project Veritas in exchange for legally obtained newsworthy content to be exclusively published by Project Veritas, which Project Veritas shall have the sole discretion of determining.
“Payment of reward is contingent on memorializing terms separately, I-9 and W-9 confirming eligibility to work,” he said. “The contributor is solely responsible for tax and legal compliance – no advice is or will be given from Project Veritas.”
