The bill, HB 403, removes local restrictions on Floridians who would like to start a home based business. In the past, local governments could block businesses, but the bill encourages businesses.
That became a problem when Jameson Labady decided he wanted to start an ammunition resale business inside his home. The business plan did not involve any storage of ammunition on site, as Labady would simply purchase the ammunition and then ship it directly to the purchaser. In reality, itās a dropshipping business which thousands of Americans do everyday.
