(Kellogg, Idaho) — Thanks to a lawsuit filed against Kellogg School District by independent journalist Casey Whalen, public records relating to the banning of Travis Lohr from graduation have been made available for the first time.

Travis Lohr, a senior at Kellogg High School was prevented from graduating after saying “Guys are guys and girls are girls; there is no in between.”
Over 100 parents and students protested Kellogg High School's decision to punish a student for saying "Guys are guys and girls are girls. There is no in-between."

According to the newly released records, the district’s art teacher named Rachel Krusemark threatened that if Lohr was allowed to walk, she would not attend the graduation.
