17 red states called out Biden’s betrayal to the nation in a legal brief blasting the administration’s catch and release policy, which has now allowed 1 million illegals into the country, Breitbart reported.

The case, Texas v. United States, concerns Biden’s attempt to abolish ICE in everything but name by ordering agents to only target certain immigrants for arrest and deportation, leaving a huge number of illegals above the law.
On Biden’s watch, illegal immigration has continuously set records, with 240,000 border encounters recorded in May. That brings the total number of encounters in fiscal year 2022 to a staggering 1.5 million.
