Renee Good’s former father-in-law says he does not blame the ICE officer who shot her during a chaotic confrontation in Minneapolis, telling CNN that the tragedy came down to bad decisions and a split-second moment no one wanted.

Timmy Macklin, the father of Good’s late ex-husband and grandfather to her young son, spoke Tuesday on CNN’s Erin Burnett OutFront, saying he supports President Trump and believes the agent was put in an impossible position.
