Trending Politics Conservative News and Commentary A “source close to the Biden family” told the New York Post that former President Barack Obama does not believe Kamala Harris can win and is “furious” that Biden opted to endorse her.
In the wake of President Biden’s unprecedented resignation via X post, a number of key Democrat leaders have rallied around Vice President Harris , including the president. Former President Barack Obama was a notable exception, however, as he failed to mention Harris in a statement released this past Sunday.
“We will be navigating uncharted waters in the days ahead. But I have extraordinary confidence that the leaders of our party will be able to create a process from which an outstanding nominee emerges,” Obama wrote. “I believe that Joe Biden’s vision of a generous, prosperous, and united America that provides opportunity for everyone will be on full display at the Democratic Convention in August. And I expect that every single one of us are prepared to carry that message of hope and progress forward into November and beyond.”
In reference to Vice President Harris, a source close to the Biden Family told the New York Post that Obama is “very upset because he knows she can’t win.”
“Obama knows she’s just incompetent — the border czar who never visited the border, saying that all migrants should have health insurance. She cannot navigate the landmines that are ahead of her,” the source said. “When you are running for president there are things you can and can’t say.”…
