Blaze Media Desi Cuellar, a Republican running to represent New York’s 14th Congressional District, says that as a member of Congress he would put forward legislation to require capital punishment for those who kill police officers.
Progressive Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez currently represents the Empire State’s 14th Congressional District.
