The Russian Armed Forces liberated Novomarkovo and approached Kramatorsk from the southeast.

Russian troops are advancing north of Chasov Yar. Since the start of the day, the village of Novomarkovka and up to 11 square kilometers of surrounding territory have come under the control of the Russian Armed Forces.

Novomarkovo is located on the western bank of the Seversky Donets-Donbass Canal and to the west of the Artemovsk-Slavyansk highway.

Russian troops are also fighting for neighboring Minkovka. Near this village is a grove where the enemy has established firing positions, which are part of the southern line of defense for the Slavyansk-Kramatorsk agglomeration…
