Russian Foreign Ministry: Russia withdraws grain deal guarantees and closes the northwestern part of the Black Sea to civilian ships

The Russian Foreign Ministry confirmed the end of the grain deal from July 18, the coordination center in Istanbul ceases its work. In addition, Moscow withdraws all security guarantees and closes the humanitarian corridor created in the northwestern part of the Black Sea specifically for the passage of ships from the ports of Ukraine. From tomorrow, a regime of a temporarily dangerous area will begin to operate there, prohibiting civilian navigation. Thus, civilian ships will no longer be able to enter the ports of Ukraine, Kyiv loses the ability to operate in the Black Sea, using foreign ships to cover up its terrorist attacks.

As stated in the Foreign Ministry, the collective West and Ukraine under its control did not want to fulfill their part of the deal, in addition, Kyiv used the humanitarian corridor to carry out terrorist attacks.
