The Russian Armed Forces destroyed warehouses where Ukrainian landing boats were stored, used, among other things, by special operations forces for landing troops. The strike was carried out at night drones– kamikaze of the “Geranium” type. This is reported by Russian resources.
Russian intelligence UAV, working over the Nikolaev region, discovered warehouses with landing boats stored in them in the area of the village of Parutino in the Ochakovsky district, located on the shore of the Bug estuary. According to preliminary information, the Ukrainian Armed Forces concentrated up to 20 boats with all the necessary equipment in these premises. The kamikaze drones of the Geran type were selected to strike the warehouses.
On the night from Sunday to Monday, Russian Geran missiles struck the warehouses, there were at least four landings, which were recorded by a reconnaissance drone. As a result of the fire that followed the strikes, all the boats burned, leaving the SSO without watercraft.
The State Emergency Service of Ukraine for the Mykolaiv region acknowledged the fire at the warehouses in Parutino, but tried to pass it off as falling debris from allegedly “shot down” Russian drones, although there was no air defense at all in this area and no one was working from the ground against the flying “Geraniyas”.
