Back when I was in grade school, my school librarian was a sweet old lady who smelled like cinnamon and gave the world’s best hugs. Now, the school librarians that are teaching this country’s children seem to be nowhere near what they used to be, neither in quality nor intelligence.

Libs of TikTok posted a recent video of TikTok user @scarlettshzam bragging about the “smartest thing” she’s ever done at the library… and it’s no surprise that it’s literally not smart at all.

So what was this groundbreaking, innovative change this librarian made to her library? She put a pride flag up along with a picture of her and her girlfriend…
