The Supreme Court has delivered a significant win for the Trump administration by permitting a controversial reduction in teacher training grants linked to DEI (diversity, equity, and inclusion) programs.

In a narrow 5-4 ruling, the Court allowed the administration to move forward with cutting $600 million in grants that previously supported DEI-related teacher training efforts.
