Sen. Lindsey Graham is ‘Very Pleased’ with Biden’s Plan to Cancel Peace in Afghanistan

By Shane Trejo

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) is “very pleased” with President-imposed Joe Biden’s plan to keep troops in Afghanistan until some vague and nonspecific benchmarks are achieved.

“I think we’re not going to leave in May. We’re going to leave when the conditions are right,” Graham said.

The conditions will never be “right,” making the occupation of Afghanistan into a permanent windfall of profit and prestige for defense contractors and Pentagon bureaucrats. This is the grand design of the military-industrial complex.

“I like what Secretary Blinken and the Biden Administration is doing,” Graham said.

“If we leave too soon without a conditions-based withdrawal, ISIS and al-Qaeda will come roaring back. Women will suffer greatly,” he added.

While Graham continues to parrot the propaganda of the War Party, some former military personnel are speaking out and attacking the false narratives used to justify endless war.

“We need to reject the comforting, now decades long illusion that if we stay just a little longer, we can leave under better, cleaner circumstances,” veterans and former Afghanistan advisers Gil Barndollar and Sam Long wrote in the Wall Street Journal.

“The opposite is closer to the truth: Each passing month increases the odds that the small U.S. force remaining in Afghanistan eventually departs in real haste, either as a result of the collapse of the Afghan state or a dramatic Taliban military breakthrough,” Barndollar and Long added.

Big League Politics has reported on Biden’s push to dismantle his predecessor’s America First foreign policy and return to the pre-Trump status quo of belligerence and aggression:

Elections have consequences, and the installation of President-imposed Joe Biden is a gift to corporate defense contractors, the deep state, and military-industrial complex.

Biden has put four Air Force B-1 bombers in the Norwegian skies to send a message to Russian President Vladimir Putin that if he does not acquiesce to globalist prerogatives, hellfire will rain down upon his people from the skies.

In addition, 200 American troops will be removed from Texas and stationed in Orland Air Base in Norway. They will be performing missions and training exercises in the Arctic Circle and in airspace near Russia’s northwest coast. This could further provoke the Russians and make war a real possibility.

Although Biden threw Putin a bone by extending the START treaty for an additional five years, he has made it clear that Russia must be punished for being falsely accused by Democrats of election meddling in 2016.

“At the same time, I made it clear to President Putin, in a manner very different from my predecessor, that the days of the United States rolling over in the face of Russia’s aggressive actions interfering with our elections, cyber attacks, poisoning its citizens, are over,” Biden said.

Biden is demanding that agitator Alexei Navalny be freed, attempting to impose his will on Russia as the U.S. assumes the familiar role of world police.

“Mr. Navalny, like all Russian citizens, is entitled to his rights under the Russian constitution,” Biden said. “He’s been targeted for exposing corruption. He should be released immediately and without condition.”

More U.S. troops will die because of the installation of Biden into the Oval Office, and that fact makes RINO turncoat neocons like Graham get a thrill up his leg.

Shame on the people of South Carolina for keeping this peter puffer in congress. He is heavily invested in the military-industrial complex.
