New York Judge Juan Merchan hit the pause button on sentencing until November 26, after the election.
President Donald Trump’s legal team is taking this as a clear victory, but the battle isn’t over yet.
Trump then went to Truth Social to post his response, pointing out that the case should be thrown out.
He stated:
“I greatly appreciate the words “if necessary” being utilized in the Decision, because there should be no “if necessary” – This case should be rightfully terminated, as we prepare for the Most Important Election in the History of our Country.
With the upcoming election and the sentencing, it looks like November will be quite eventful.
