The suspected gunman who shot two National Guardsmen just steps away from the White House in D.C. on Wednesday has been identified as 29-year-old Rahmanullah Lakanwal from Afghanistan.

Earlier, we reported that he was an Afghan national.

However, more details are now emerging about his life and how he got to America.

Some of those are quite shocking…

First, it turns out that he entered the United States under a Biden-era program during the Afghanistan withdrawal and never left.

His visa expired a few months ago, so he was living in the U.S. illegally.
