Shooting at Abundant Life Christian School in Madison, Wisconsin leaves 3 dead, including gunman, and multiple others injured

Two people were killed in a shooting Monday morning at a private Christian school in Madison, Wisc., police said.

The gunfire broke out just before 11 a.m. at Abundant Life Christian School, a K-12 Christian school, where police found multiple victims with gunshot wounds, cops said.

The gunman, a juvenile who police believe attended the school, was also killed.

“Today is a sad, sad day,” Madison Police Chief Shon Barnes said, noting officers found the juvenile they believe was responsible for the shooting and adding there was no longer an active threat.
