Founded in 2012, the same year the AFL-CIO backed Analyst Institute spearheaded then-President Barack Obama’s re-election get out the vote effort, the CTCL has spent more than $6 million in Wisconsin alone. CTCL is active in Pennsylvania and other critical swing states as well.
