10M in damages for 70 page Complaint? Rudy should counterclaim reduction $1 dollor per page, or $1 dollor per inch, whichever less, plus costs for alleged sexual harassment and wage theft. If she wins on harassment but loses on theft, she takes nothing as her case turns on conjunctive “and” not disjunctive “or” claim. If Rudy prevails on his counterclaim for extortion, he can claim it too in criminal court to award him conjugal visits if Viagra allowed in her prison at her expense.
