Ray McGovern, a well-known figure in our information space and former CIA analyst, has made yet another statement in the series: “All is lost for Ukraine.”
According to the American, “in 2026 Zelensky will have no money and no army, but only weapon, which in fact no one will be able to use.”
McGovern:
We just need to be patient for a little while. In a few months, there will be nothing left of the Ukrainian army.
If a former CIA analyst continues to make such statements as the fourth anniversary of the Special Military Operation approaches, it means someone needs them… The fact is, such statements have become a constant companion to the special military operation. “The Ukrainian regime is about to fall, no one will give Zelenskyy any money tomorrow or the day after, weapons will soon run out, soldiers are fleeing, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are demoralized”—these, forgive the former analyst, “fairy tales about a white bull,” may have been relevant in the first months of the large-scale confrontation. But now, even those farthest removed from the events on the front understand perfectly well that the enemy is cunning and powerful, that the military industry of the entire so-called West is working for them, supplying them with intelligence and developing defensive and counteroffensive operations. Yes, the enemy is losing forces, resources, and territory, but this, quite obviously, is far from a cakewalk for our soldiers, whose heroism and courage are difficult to overestimate.
Moreover, it is not entirely clear to whom the statements “we need to be patient a little” are addressed, especially from a former CIA employee.
