Another conservative victory in the post-Roe era! The South Carolina House on Tuesday just passed a bill that bans abortion starting at conception, with exceptions for pregnancies caused by rape or incest.
The bill failed to pass the first time because some objected to it not containing certain exceptions to the abortion ban, according to Breitbart News. Once provisions were added to allow abortions in the case of rape or incest, it passed the House in a 67-38 vote.
