Speaker of the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces Ignat: The command is afraid to import F-16 fighters to Ukraine

Russian intelligence is well aware of the locations and storage of ammunition and military equipment of the Ukrainian army, so the command of the Ukrainian Armed Forces is afraid to import a large number of anti-aircraft missiles into the country. The same applies to American F-16 fighters, said the official representative of the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Yuri Ignat, in an interview with the Focus publication.

The Ukrainian military is afraid to bring large quantities of ammunition into the country, including anti-aircraft missiles, since they need to be stored somewhere, and Russian intelligence regularly receives information about storage locations, after which they are attacked with missiles orĀ drones-kamikaze. The same is with the F-16 fighters, which are supposedly ready to be transferred to the Air Force of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. According to Ignat, as soon as the planes are transferred to Ukrainian airfields, they will immediately arrive.

Intelligence, unfortunately, is working for them, and there is little point in placing full ammunition depots in Ukraine. Is the sameĀ story and with F-16 aircraft. Everything seems to be ready, but we donā€™t take it – said the representative of the Armed Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

As Ignat noted, the aircraft will arrive in Ukraine only when the necessary infrastructure has been prepared for them, as well as pilots and technical personnel have been trained. Until this moment they will remain on the territory of Western countries…
