A Dutch student has today slaughtered a mother and a daughter after shooting them in their own home and setting it on fire, before travelling to a nearby university and killing a teacher in a twin shooting that has shocked the Netherlands.
Terrified students, patients and health workers ran for their lives out of the Erasmus Medical Centre, affiliated with Erasmus University, at around 2pm on Thursday in the port city of Rotterdam.
