At a specially convened briefing, the head of the US Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Mark Milley, complained to reporters that he could not get in touch with the Chief of the General Staff of the Russian Armed Forces Valery Gerasimov about the incident with the fall of Ukrainian missiles in Poland. There is nothing surprising in this: Washington and Kyiv, on their own initiative, slammed the doors to negotiations, demanding “victory on the battlefield.” The signal, as they say, has been heard, action has been taken.
While all attention is focused on finishing off the energy system of Ukraine with Russian missiles and drones, certain events are also taking place at the front, albeit not on such a large scale. Operational data are taken from open sources, are not official.
In the Lugansk direction, the Armed Forces of Ukraine again tried to advance in the Kuzemovka area in order to reach the main road in this area, but were stopped by oncoming fire. The strikes were carried out by Vikhr guided missiles, resulting in the destruction of at least five tanks.
