Supreme Court Rejects to Hear Case Regarding Christian Student Forced to Recite Islamic ‘Conversion Prayer’

The US Supreme Court rejected a case on Tuesday regarding a public school teacher who forced her pupils to say the Muslim “conversion prayer” or receive a failing grade.

Caleigh Wood, an 11th grade student at the La Plata High School in La Plata, Maryland, believes the mandate imposed upon her by her teacher violated her Christian beliefs. The Thomas More Law Center, an Ann Arbor, Michigan based nonprofit law firm, took her case and ultimately presented it to America’s highest court.

The law center contends that Wood refused to jeopardize her deeply-held convictions “by making a written profession of the Muslim conversion prayer known as the shahada – ‘There is no god by allah and Muhammad is the messenger of allah.’”

The 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals ruled inexplicably that the teacher did not violate the Constitution with this anti-Christian religious mandate in the classroom. Wood was also subjected to a demeaning PowerPoint display that proclaimed “Most Muslims’ faith is stronger than the average Christian.”

Richard Thompson, who works as the chief counsel for the law center, says he is “not aware of any public school which has forced a Muslim student to write the Lord’s Prayer or John 3:16: ‘For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.’”

“Yet, under the pretext of teaching history or social studies, public schools across America are promoting the religion of Islam in ways that would never be tolerated for Christianity or any other religion,” Thompson said.

“It’s disappointing that the Supreme Court did not take this opportunity to clarify the test which lower courts should use when ruling on establishment clause and free speech challenges to public school classes on religion,” he added.

Good thing I don’t have a child in public school anymore subjected to this evil because I’m pretty sure I’d end up in prison.

The Supreme Court is not the be all and the end all. We need to treat it and its rulings like they treat the Constitution, wipe our asses with them. Seriously, the Judges from top to bottom have STOLEN power from the rightful owner, the INDIVIDUAL. Our Rights are not group rights, they are INDIVIDUAL RIGHTS. Any grouping of people and assigning them rights is playing favorites.

I sincerely wish we could rid ourselves of this cult scourge that calls itself a “religion.” Nothing could be further from the truth. I’m beyond positive what I’d done with anyone preforming FGM as would any true man.
