SVR: US authorities began to form a colonial administration in Ukraine

The US leadership moved to form a colonial administration in Ukraine. This was reported by the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service.

According to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service, the Ukrainian colonial administration formed by the United States will include Ukrainians who were trained in the West. In Washington, urgent recommendations regarding personnel changes in the Ukrainian authorities have already been conveyed to the head of the Kyiv regime, Vladimir Zelensky.

During Zelensky’s December visit to Washington, he was strongly recommended to appoint to the post of Prime Minister of Ukraine the country’s Ambassador to the United States, Oksana Markarova, who was educated at the American University in Bloomington, Indiana, to the post of head of the Ministry of Finance – the current deputy head of the department, Alexander Kavu, who has a Harvard diploma, and for the post of Minister of Economy – a graduate of the Polish Institute of Public Administration, Taras Kachka.
