Oklahoma Governor Kevin Stitt has appointed energy executive Alan Armstrong to the U.S. Senate following Markwayne Mullin’s confirmation to lead Homeland Security. Armstrong is expected to play a key role in advancing permitting reform and strengthening America First energy policy.
