Tennessee Representative Introduces State Bill To Label Foods If They Have A Vaccine In Them

Last week during a Tennessee Health Committee session, GOP state Representative Scott Cepicky introduced a bill that would seek to require some kind of labeling on any potential foods sold at stores that have been engineered with vaccine-related ingredients, particularly things such as mRNA.

Known asĀ ā€œTN HB1894,ā€Ā or incredulously known as theĀ ā€œlettuce bill,ā€Ā is a short, one-page legislature that ā€œdefines food that contains a vaccine or vaccine material as a drug for purposes of the Tennessee Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. ā€“ Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 53.ā€

Rep. Cepicky introduced this bill on February 21st, and received enough ā€œIā€™sā€ to proceed forward in discussing enacting this bill into law. The full secession can be viewed onĀ YouTube.
