Last week during a Tennessee Health Committee session, GOP state Representative Scott Cepicky introduced a bill that would seek to require some kind of labeling on any potential foods sold at stores that have been engineered with vaccine-related ingredients, particularly things such as mRNA.
Known asĀ āTN HB1894,āĀ or incredulously known as theĀ ālettuce bill,āĀ is a short, one-page legislature that ādefines food that contains a vaccine or vaccine material as a drug for purposes of the Tennessee Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act. ā Amends TCA Title 47, Chapter 18 and Title 53.ā
