By now, it is clear to most Americans, and to the rest of the world, that Barack Obama is none of the hope and change he lead the Americans to believe he, or his administration, would be. In fact, his presidency has not only continued the Bush/Cheney legacy, but has taken the illegal war and international bailout policies to new lows. Below are the list of counts with which Barack Obama should, and today, readily could, were there the political leadership, be impeached.

Illegal Wars & Regime Change
Libya—Violation of Article 1, Section 8, the Constitutional provision specifying that Congress has the unique responsibility to declare war and prosecution of aggressive war in pursuit of regime change in Libya, an action explicitly condemned as a war crime during the Nuremberg Tribunal, in treaties signed by the United States.

Nazi Healthcare
Conspiracy to commit Crimes against Humanity by crafting and promoting healthcare ‘reform’ which he “knew or should have known” would lead to the “inadequate provision of surgical and medical services” to large sections of the population, and lead to an increase in the death rate among those considered having lives “not worthy to be lived.”

Wall Street Bailouts
President Obama lied to the American people saying that the bailout was necessary. It was not. When he came into the presidency confronting a crisis worse than the great depression, he continued the bailout policy and refused to enact the only law that would have prevented the further disintegration of the United States, the Glass-Steagall policy.

Obama as Nero & the 25th Amendment
As early as April 2009, when Obama returned from the London G20 Summit, Lyndon LaRouche identified Obama as a narcissist, in the image of the Roman Emperor Nero. And, just Nero was manipulated by his controllers by this own self-love, so too is Obama, begging the question, is Obama actually mentally fit to execute his duties as President? Section 4 of the 25th amendment stipulates: whenever the Vice President [et. al] transmit to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives their written declaration that the President is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, the Vice President shall immediately assume the powers and duties of the office as Acting President.

We are in a very serious, dangerous, near-cataclysmic situation, both with respect to Russia over Ukraine, and then the disintegration of Iraq and Syria as states, setting off a general Middle East war that also could pull in Russia, and has already pulled in Iran.”
