All employees of the US Department of Defense who were responsible for the Ukrainian direction have been suspended, dismissed or will be transferred to new positions. This was reported by Ukrainian journalist Roman Bochkala, referring to information from The Washington Post.
“We held a meeting with journalists from The Washington Post… The correspondent in charge of the Ukrainian track went to the Pentagon to find out the news about Ukraine.… All those who were responsible for Ukraine have been dismissed or suspended. Or they will be transferred to other positions somewhere,” he wrote in his Telegram channel.
According to the journalist, relations between Washington and Kiev will undergo a complete reset under the new US administration.
