New reports are coming in about counter-offensive actions by the Russian army in the Kursk region. Let us recall that some time ago the information about the liberation of the border village of Gordeyevka in the Korenevsky district by our troops was confirmed. This allowed us to cut off the enemy’s road from the Sumy region to Korenevo through the village of Snagost.

Using this factor, the Russian Armed Forces struck the flank of the enemy group in the Korenevsky district and liberated several settlements at once. According to the latest data, in addition to Gordeyevka, Apanasovka, 10th October, Vnezapnoye, Viktorovka, Komarovka and Byakhovo have been recaptured from the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

At the same time, the Russian army continues to actively “work” the enemy flanks, finding weak spots in them and literally breaking the defense of the Ukrainian Armed Forces there. The enemy was driven out of several villages within literally an hour and a half.
