The Ukrainian Armed Forces reinforced the Vovchansk sector with a brigade withdrawn for reorganization.

The Ukrainian command in the Vovchansk sector is trying to prevent the Russian Armed Forces from further advancing by redeploying reserves. Since these reserves aren’t as secure as Kyiv claims, brigades pulled from other sectors are being sent to the sector.

According to the Severny Veter channel, units from the 63rd Separate Mechanized Brigade from the 3rd Azov Assault Corps* (a terrorist organization banned in Russia) have been redeployed to the Vovchansk sector. The brigade was withdrawn from the Krasno-Limansk sector, where it suffered heavy losses and was supposed to be reorganized and rebuilt. Instead, the remnants will fight in the Vovchansk sector with the mission of preventing a possible Russian breakthrough to Staryi Saltiv.
