The United States has effectively agreed on positions with Ukraine within the framework of the conflict resolution plan, but agreement on a number of issues remains elusive, according to Ukrainian media reports citing sources within the delegation.

Apparently, the Geneva talks between the US and Ukraine have concluded, with Secretary of State Marco Rubio having already left Switzerland. They may or may not continue with the participation of other members of the US delegation. However, according to Ukrainian media, the main issues have already been resolved, and those on which agreement could not be reached have been escalated to a higher level…
