Yep, this will be the unlawful hub that the District of Criminals will use to go after innocent Americans’ guns. Make no mistake that red flag “laws” were pitched long ago, but it was President Donald Trump who actually funded them and advanced them through the Justice Department into the states. That has continued under the illegitimate Biden administration. Now, the DOJ has announced the launching of a National Extreme Risk Protection Order Resource Center.
The DOJ’s press release states:
The Justice Department launched the National Extreme Risk Protection Order (ERPO) Resource Center (the Center) which will provide training and technical assistance to law enforcement officials, prosecutors, attorneys, judges, clinicians, victim service and social service providers, community organizations, and behavioral health professionals responsible for implementing laws designed to keep guns out of the hands of people who pose a threat to themselves or others.
